This manga is such a mess in regards of a sound and sensible plot, but I can’t lie, it’s a really fun read. Every plot development is so silly and nonsensical that it adds to the story’s comedy, even with all the brain dead moments and cliches employed by the mc.
Besides for the ridiculous and “predictable” plot of every single person crushing and melting towards the mc from the simplest of actions, there are other insignificant subplots of the mc developing his relationship with each fml… blah, blah, blah. Besides for the monster girl aspect, the developments are as typically as you’d expect but
...
with added humor.
The mc’s stupidity is pretty obvious, but as for the side characters, they are pretty lovable/likable, as they all follow archetypes we have seen before, but they are developed with humor, so it’s easier to get attached, making them feel a bit different.
As for a serious harem story, it’s not the greatest, as there’s nothing unique in its developments, but the plot has been trapped with random plot points that makes the story all the more entertaining and funny. I wouldn’t come in and expect serious romantic developments but one of a silly cast messing around who flirt occasionally.
