There’s just a novelty that this manga has from its trope — sure, the developments can be seen as cliche, but none of them were done in an irritating or insufferable way.
Realistically, I don’t think manga will get any better from here on out — thus the “premature” view — due to it not focusing on the depth of characters and the overall mood of the story. Instead, this manga heavily focuses on cliches, and the direct comedy that can be extracted from them, and they are funny.
Like noted before, the plot and characters aren’t anything special, but they are charming by how simplistic
...
and comedy-based they are.
This is just a solid and entertaining manga through and through; there isn’t much depth towards the events and exposition, but it’s seemingly not needed because of its well-introduction of comedy and maintaining it.
Update: 19 chapters in, and nothing has changed. Called it.
