Aside from to laugh at it, the ONE reason I finished Mirai Nikki was Yuno. Never before had I encountered a character that made me love her for her single-minded devotion cuteness but also ponder whether I'd be able to deal with the whole axe-killing aspect, if she wasn't 2D. She's half lovestruck girl, half psychotic killer, and that made me want to violate her in my mind, as well as laugh as her PATHETIC beloved cried himself to sleep over her stalking ways. Unlike Mirai Nikki, which is first and foremost a psychological thriller, KnH is a full-on romance... or rather, a full-on tale of  read more

Let me be clear: I wouldn't describe Ashita as a yandere. At the very least, she lacks the creepy-stalking side that made me INSTANTLY link Koharu from KnH and Yuno from Mirai Nikki. HOWEVER, the alien Ashita can destroy buildings by firing a laser from her finger and becomes mentally unstable when she thinks the male lead is cheating on her; at one point, exploding inside a building when angry. So, although she's USUALLY calm, the lead has to be VERY careful not to piss her off. ...but, even if you only want a nutjob heroine that leaves you torn between fear and love, you should  read more

Omoi-san here, has a very "omoi" love for the mc and it is vice versa. While in koharu no hibi, the heroine Koharu has heavier love for the nerdy mc. It is super heavy to the point that the heroine is stalking, taping 1000 pictures of the mc on her wall, gluing her hand with the mc's hand so that they can be "together" making her love for the mc a bit heavier and creepy. But the mc's love isn't heavy as her heroine's so it isn't vice versa. But they are a couple.

Well we have a Yandere scary girl in both Mangas. In both cases the MC isn't pathetic but isn't the epitome of manliness either. Both take place in school (or better in both the characters are in school age) and in both parents play from none to minor role. Both are comedies but with a certain degree of darkness. The difference is that in Koharu no Hibi we have no harem just a bried love triangle in Watari kun we are heading for the harem root (and possible incest route?)

Both manga series have female characters who seem to like the main character a "little" too much. Both mangas have a darker side to the sweet cover it projects Both mangas have some yandere aspects Both mangas have a dense main character Both mangas have a darker, psychological side

The similarity arises primarily towards the end of the first chapter in which the male protagonist witnesses the female lead engaging in a rather sexually-geared scene.

These two titles revolve around female characters who are obsessive towards the guy they like.

Socially awkward female characters that basically stalk the male lead.

Both feature female leads with small statures who are aggressively pursuing somewhat reluctant men. TnH is set in college and has a lot more sex, while KnH is set in high school and has a bit of a psychological feel to it. But at the end of the day, both stories revolve around guys who are trying to sort out their desire to commit to their respective relationships.
