This manga is really good; the plot is simple but still manages to hurt you. I won't say more to avoid spoiler anything. I loved how the mangaka draw; the characters and panels were amazing to me, even if they were simple.
Just a warning: If you decide to read this, then be aware, that it's not something easy to chew; it can get really disturbing pretty quick, and a lot of people can't stand this kind of content.
I can't find any downsides, only that the last three chapters to date aren't translated at all.

To start, I have mixed feelings recommending this...it is an amazing manga (I did give it a 10) but the subject matter is NOT something everyone should put into their heads....it's as disturbing as a story can get. DO NOT READ if you think the dog part of Full Metal Alchemist is the most disturbing thing you've ever seen....this isn't for your innocent mind. With that said....
