Let me put this out here: I hate, from the deepest part of my soul, wholesome, plotless web comics like no other. Besides for the small doses of serotonin each chapter brings, there’s nothing to to the plot that makes me want to keep reading, as the story is stagnant, causing the comic itself to be replaceable. However, this is and will always be to one exception in my crooked heart.
Though I mentioned plotless, this manga does have progression and character realizations/insights, though not much. With just enough plot, the manga perfectly encapsulates a long lasting and engaging read, despite the short length of

each chapter. There’s just something so charming about the dynamic of the characters that makes the boost of wholesomeness on another level, making the comic enjoyable without it getting stale of its trope one bit.
Sometimes realizations and developments happen inside the human heart, and this manga revealed and changed my negative bias against mostly plotless web comics; there are good wholesome web comics out there—just rare.
