This manga sort-of reminds me a little bit of “Masamune-kun’s Revenge” with the whole bullied and glow-up concept; though, I can’t really call it a carbon-copy of tropes due to it also being common in real life as well. If you’re like me, who was once in the same boat (yk I had a glow-up ;)), then this manga is entirely relatable and pretty moving with the main cast. However, that’s all there is to this, as the main characters are the only good points in this rom-com.
Besides for the two main characters that undergo self-improvement, every other character is incredibly hollow with absolutely

no purpose of being in the manga besides for drama and a plot point here and there.
This manga obviously will receive some flack due to the “wimpy” mc, but you got an understanding that the manga depicts the maturity of a freshman class. Due to that, the manga definitely has some cringe-worthy moments and frustrations, but at the end of the day, it’s pretty wholesome (minus the drama). I’d give it a shot, but it’s definitely a hit or miss.
