7.3/10
Usually, I wouldn’t prematurely review a short-lengthen manga if I’ve only read six chapters unless it is intolerable. Though this isn’t intolerable, it’s also nothing ambitious nor individualistic, but rather, it’s your typical predictable romcom with some original aspects. In no way is it bad for a manga to follow a certain guideline or proven script as long as it adds some originality to it, and this does just that.
There’s not much of an original take, but it incorporates just enough in the characters to differentiate the manga from the rest. Though the manga still follows the basic premise of the “loser boy and

cool girl that was my childhood friend and she likes me” trope, the characters are fundamentally sound and unique in their own right. However, there developments aren’t anything special nor are the side characters. Likewise, the plot is typical and somewhat cliche, however, the bits of comedy make the manga a bit more worth reading.
To reiterate, the manga is similar to every fundamentally strong and sound romcom manga; there’s not much of a special twist or take in the plot, buts it still enjoyable.
