could have been good, but all is wasted in the face of incompetency. worldbuilding even though not the main point, but for an isekai, the least you could do is have some introduction. the narrative feels pretty dry, you have a brief backstory of how the MC became a serial killer, then straight to the main point, almost no delay, no establishment of the fundamentals of an isekai. better yet, a serial killer, a man turned into a girl without any explanation whatsoever, like it is telling you that "haha blatant fanservice, im gonna make everyone a cute girl xdddd" mega skibidi brainrot. the powerscaling ... The series has you at the edge of your seat awaiting the next gambit the protagonist will take. Very often at the edge of death and internally bound by a promise of persistent redemption fighting against their own internal demons, stray thoughts and feelings. Judging others as they do for themselves.
A great read... is what I'd live to say. I would love to rate it 10/10 although the show has excessive fan service which is quite unfortunate as it sullies an otherwise fantastic piece of art. I can recommend this for someone who's at least 16+ and can overlook the sometimes indecent depictions. |
