With all the love this manga is getting, I want to like this manga, like everyone else, but I can’t find myself falling in love with its premise or enjoyment. I’ve read a fair-share of “I can fix her” mangas, so I wouldn’t expect this to be much different; there will be some drama, some light-hearted romance actions, and a wholesome fmc. However, this doesn’t do all of the usuals, for better or worse, while setting up a basic, predictable plot line and boring characters.
Like noted before, the plot is incredibly predictable, and it also has plot points that are incredibly convenient; that’s the best

way to describe it without spoilers. Because of the lack of spice in the plot, it’s simply not engaging. The characters also don’t help the issue at hand, since they don’t have the “good” chemistry that is so fun to read; it relies on wholesome, diabetic moments, but it fails to do so because of the fmc being “lifeless” and having poor developments.
I have no issue against “fix her” mangas, but this had an awkward feel throughout its course; whether it be the main character or the fmc, they didn’t seem human-like, which is weird considering they acted rationally, causing it hard to find any enjoyment out of it.
