Although most of you probably reading are thinking well it's another one of those power fantasy isekai's just looking at the title, DON'T BE FOOLED. This story is very much the opposite of that with the main focus being rehabilitation of a twisted and sick MC. He isn't given a ton of power immediately and the progression of the MC is not his strength or standing in the world it's the ability to cope with past wrongs and correct mistakes he should have done in his past life.
This manga is a refreshing take on the isekai genre that is muddled with a gazillion solo-leveling/mushoku

I’ve read this manwha three separate times; Not in the way you are thinking where I reread each chapter because of how good it is, but instead, I read the initial 4 chapters three times before I decided to bash my brain in and move on. The initial chapters are one of the most infuriating and boring things to sit through, but it gets much better from there.
