Both the main characters join a dorm/class of people who are excluded. The art is similarish. The main pirls are both in love with people who don't like them back. The atmosphere in both are very similar.  

Both main characters are known for her tough fighting skills in their hometown and decide to go to another school to make a fresh start as a good student. However, situations lead them to revert to her deliquent side. 

Both about strong girls that were trained by there father when they were young.Now they move to new schools to change their life, to be normal girls. But when your new school is crawling with deliquents wouldn't you use your years of training in combat? 

Similarities: Love triangle; the blonde boy is a delinquent and the black-haired boy is a playboy. 

Similar love triangle: the boys are similar, the light-haired one is wild and the one with black hair is selfish. 

Both girls transfer into a new school and end up in a fight on their first day, which they win. They're both challenged to subsequent fights which they also win (though in banchou-sama it's always by accident). They're both in situations where they're surrounded by misfits that are actually good people and look out for them - In obaka-chan it's the ba-ka class and in banchou-sama it's the whole school. Both manga focuses on the delinquents of the schools, but show a softer side to them. There's also romance in both manga, though it's more of a main focus in obaka-chan than it is in banchou-sama. read more 

Both get told by the guy they like they are being used  

Both have a female main character who happens to be "the best" or "the most well-known" fighter in the area they live in. Also, the school/class they are in is for the troublesome students.  

Both manga have 2 very handsome boys in love with the female protagonist. Both manga have a strong female lead  

Both main females are strong and like to fight and they both fall in love with a guy who's also a delinquent in their school 

both manga have: The same type of girl that can fight; Girls that are cute and naive when it comes to love; Shoujo genre and the comedic aspects; Reverse harem. 

They both have strong-willed girls who discover love for the first time. Both girls can be really manly, even more than the main guy sometimes. And they are both hilarious. 

The female main characters are put in a class full of wiedos but not with their first love and they are also is super strong. 

they both have really strong girls in them!  

Both heroins are very storng and want to make a new beginning at a new school and to find love. Beads Club is also shorter than Obaka-chan. Both good reads :D 

Both of them are "shoujo parodies"... and of course give the same feeling... The main characters are girls "desperately" seeking for a love life, same type of humor specifically in the drawing of humorous face. funny story with cute romance. 

Obaka-chan is definitely shoujo while Gokusen is a bit more of josei. However these two mangas still share some similarities. Both are set around a class of delinquents/misfits that are looked down on by others. Both mangas follow oblivious female characters through a lot of humor, violence, and awkward romance.  

The way the story makes me confused, annoyed and in love is similar. I can't say it properly but one manga makes me think of the other. See for yourself :)) 

The main protagonists are both freakishly strong and are clueless about love and those who love them :3 The atmosphere and humour is quite similar too. You'll like them both :D
