Villains Are Destined to Die is not liked by everyone.
This novel is an villainess isekai if i can call it that ,where the MC is hated by every character and so she will try to survive and reach the end.
So, the reason why people hate it is because the main character is stubborn and doesn't change her mentality too much throughout the whole novel.
For me, it's quite normal because she didn't do anything wrong, and yet she is getting harassed so, obviously, she will not be nice.
Maybe it's because before half of the novel, there is no happy moment
...
at all; you only see the MC struggling to survive, but for me, that's what makes this novel so good.
It's not your typical villainess story; the MC is stubborn, and that's refreshing. It doesn't make the character's writing bad or anything, it just makes her human because she is not perfect.
So, she will have to raise her love gauge on every male target to not get killed and so she willl treat everyone as game character and the world as a game wich is a lot of time a bad idea in those types of novel, but, because she has to survive, it works just fine and is another reason why people dont like this novel.
The plot is not that original, you can predict it quite easily, even if it's not that bad.
Don't read this if you want to read a romance novel, even if there is some, it's not the main point of this novel at all.
Even if i ve only talked about the 'problems' of this novel, i still like it a lot and i think that if you like villainess novels with good characters/story, then you will like it. (If you want to read it, read the first half with the manhwa then read the novel because the first half of the novel has a trash tranlation)
