It's just... so peak. And I don't say that lightly.

First of all, let me be clear. The start (~20 chaps) is slow. Not bad, but it takes it's time introducing the cast and the world for it to develop later. Other than that, this is, without a doubt or competition in my mind, the best battle shounen I've ever read, with the only competition being maybe Jujutsu Kaisen.

The art? Oh it's amazing. Almost reminds me of Zyugoya, but with a more obvious focus on the action. The smear frames on this go crazy, and it's consistently gorgeous even during the SoL fragments.

Speaking of SoL, the ... develoment of every character, even seemingly minor ones at the start, is great. There's multiple factions, and each has a multitude of characters, and I struggle to think of even one I don't really enjoy. The protagonists obviously stand out, but so does everyone else, really.

The world and the worldbuilding is all very interesting to read and quite a creative spin on the Tower climbing formula. It also helps that the author's not afraid of paradigm shifts when necessary.

The plot itself is also extremely unique and compelling. It plays with its "story within a story" elements in a very unique way, drawing attention to details that only exist because of that, to create very curious situations.

Overall, this series keeps surpassing my expectations, even when I think it can not possibly get any better, it just keeps climbing. Barring maybe a terrible ending, which I can't see happening, there's no way I can think of this doesn't end in my top 5 manga/hwa of all time once it's completed.

This is my first time writing a review and I'm only doing it to tell yall to ignore the mal rating here, just trust me and go read this manwha

The mc is pretty good, the main side cast is goated, the secondary characters and the antagonists are really interesting, the power system is very well written, the artstyle is probably my favorite in animanga, the character designs are peak...

The only 2 things I kinda dislike is how random the powerups are sometimes and the amount of fanservice there is, other than that this is easily a 10/10. Just make sure you read it while listening ... to music that fits whats happening in the story, it makes the experience 10 times better

Oh. My. God. WHY does NOBODY know about this??? This is one of the best manhwa I've ever read, beating out most manga I've read, top 10 at the very least.

Characters/Character Development: 9/10
the beginning is cliche and Heo Seol-Jin is relatively unlikable, but later on, he becomes one of my favorite characters, he becomes strong but not strong enough to not get his ass kicked, but he isn't a complete pushover and isnt *too* scared of women like oh so many other protagonists, the development for both him, as well as others in the god tier story is phenomenal, and the side characters get ... great character development and yet it doesn't feel forced or overbearing, it flows incredibly naturally unlike many many many other things I've seen. even aside from their development, they all seem likable and fun, and when they want you to hate a character, you can hate them. for example, Ran, a character who I thought wouldn't serve much purpose other than being a wall for the main character to get over, became my 2nd favorite character in the whole thing, with Pastis being my favorite. P.S. Kina Lillet is the only one right for Seol-Jin and you cannot convince me otherwise.

Plot: 7.5/10
I will say that the plot is not the story's strong suit, although it's not bad in any way, it's not the highlight of the story, and it can feel unoriginal at times, it's a basic isekai story, the main character gets sucked into a new world and is given a gift by god, as the story progresses, without going into spoilers it does get better and id say later on it becomes an 8.5/10 with some twists that were so amazing to see revealed.

Art/Action: 10/10
This is where I fell in love with this series, the art style is different from other manhwas, and it's so versatile and just awesome, it has a purposeful sloppiness like Chainsaw Man with the large outlines of the characters making them feel like their own thing, the use of impact frames isn't overused like modern One Piece and it is incredibly well choreographed with every action being clear and easily understandable.

Overall: 9.5/10
the overall rating seems different from the individual ratings I've given it, but that's because there is so much more to it that I just cannot put into words, so many things are just there that are amazing that you will just have to read to understand, PLEASE read this, you absolutely will not regret this underrated and undiscovered gem, thank me later for finding one of your new favorites.
