Both of them are about girl's​ who are fall in love with boy's first ... Both male leads background kinda similar ...& Main character's​ have bunch of friends to cheer them up ... I think the atmosphere in both manga is too much alike ...  

Both share a stylish female friend as well as a lone wolf outsider mc who learns how to open up to others and their focus on their friendship as well too. 

the plot its totally diffrent , but you get the same filling from the manga , and the art its similar, I think if you enjoy Tenshi nanka ja nai you'll definitely enjoy Gokinjo Monogatari  

For some reason, while I was reading Tenshi Nanka, I was reminded of Kodomo no Omocha. They're both funny and really intense at times. But both are wonderful reads! ^^ 

both about a group of friends on their journey through high school. Joys, pains, love, heartbreak, both are really heartwarming. If you like one you should try the other. 

both have similarities in family issues?! But with Mars it is a bit more deep and more psyhological!? :P both are a great read  

Both manga series are about a group of high school students. In addition, in both the main female character falls in love with a very popular guy (though the circumstances are different). They gave me the same heart-warming feeling (:
