I sure can’t wait to read yet another original, childhood friend, fake couple manga that has the most original plot in existence, especially one without cliches and plot conveniences... I’m still waiting by the way. To sum it up, there’s nothing original about this manga nor does it do anything ambitious or add a twist to the usual genre, which makes the reading experience severely lacking, as the plot follows the same-old formula each chapter.
Like noted before the plot is the pinnacle of unoriginal and “safe.” A formula that has worked in the past will continue to work, but the sheer amount of tolerance

built up the said formula makes it less effective each time. If you couldn’t understand my analogy, then to sum it up: This manga’s plot and concept has become so commonplace that it isn’t interesting to read anymore without a twist on the ordeal.
The characters are the same copy and pasted from twenty other mangas of the same concept; in other words, they all deny their love while being or slowly falling in love. Only after a mere 50 chapters will said characters kiss for the first time, blah blah blah. Anyway, the characters aren’t introduced in a bad manner, but they lack originality and depth, since the author relies too much on their “childhood friend chemistry,” making comedy the main focus.
If the author decided to have a bit more creative direction instead of trying to make solid fundamentals on an already solid concept, then this manga could’ve been much better. Though, for a last ditch effort to drown my brain in more romcoms than it can already handle for a month, this wasn’t that bad, but it also wasn’t anything special, so thanks.
