**This review was written after finishing 90 chapters (Season 1) only.**

As you read from the summary, this is a Humans, or would "Superhumans" be the correct term? Anyways, It's a story of Humans with superpowers vs Monsters. At first it might seem like the typical stuff you see often in the 'Shonen' genre of Manga's. But this is different. It's very well written, the MC is enjoyable and a great character. He is the OP and kind type of character that most of us are familiar with. The side cast is surprisingly deep with the author giving them a lot of panel time and structure. ... At times, you question who the MC of the story really is. The overall world building is great, could be better, but still great. Well executed. 'Superhuman Era' is one of those pieces of fiction where you cant really say a lot about without spoiling so that's that.

Art: 8.5/10 (Some people might find the art weird, especially the facial features, but I personally enjoyed it)
Story: 8/10
Overall: 8/10

You should definitely give this a try but If you found yourself not enjoying it after reading 10 chapters or so, then you can drop it. Since that was the deciding point for me.

After many readings (couldn't wait until hiatus ends^^) Superhuman Era is definitely my fav superpower comics of ALL. Better & above everything out there!!!

Influenced ofc from all classics, suup is a big fan and love them so much!!

Trying his very best not only to respect them with just another one sup comic but he's trying to surpass them. And for me, he did it.

Stepping on & use all the cliches of the genre, bringing fresh air-ideas & perfectrly mixing them with top notch art, paneling, storyline, characters, build-up, superpowers ... & plenty of enjoyment!!!

I have this principal: Uber>over>super. And Superhuman Era is the UBER ALLES is superhuman comics!!!

"Wow." First words I uttered after finishing 151st chapter.
I started reading this manhwa thinking it'd be another trash to pass time with, perhaps even drop if it was especially unamusing.
This manhwa does something I very much like to see. This manhwa doesn't put up MC like "Omg! look at him. He's so cool and badass. He can solo anything and everything. The others? Pfft, useless extras there to die."
The "Extras" are well-built, have distinct personalities and are memorable. Most of all, Author doesn't just kill them off like expendable trash. Couple of times during recent chapters I was at the edge of my seat, ... thinking "oh shit oh shit! Please don't die!" Because that's what author does. They make you love and care for these characters. And the usage of Deux Ex Machina isn't at all cliche, it is actually the main thing keeping you at the edge of your seat.
Now a bit about our MC.
He's a kid - And I mean that in the most non-confrontational way. He's in school and he definitely acts his age, being goofy at times and when necessary taking things seriously. He's not invincible and he's not your power fantasy self-insert- And I LOVE that.

As an avid reader of manhwa, I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting stories. When I first heard about Superhuman Era, I was immediately intrigued. The premise of a mysterious student with extraordinary powers fighting against monsters captured my imagination. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed!

From the very first page, Superhuman Era grabbed me and wouldn't let go. The story is fast-paced and action-packed, with plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing. The mystery surrounding the "Superhuman" is also very intriguing, and I couldn't wait to find out more about him.

A World Brought to Life

One of the things ... I loved most about Superhuman Era is the world-building. Seokwoo, the artist, has done a fantastic job of creating a visually stunning world that feels both familiar and unique. The fight scenes are particularly impressive, and I was constantly amazed by the detail and imagination that went into them.

Characters You Can't Help But Care About

But it's not just the world that makes Superhuman Era so special. The characters are just as well-developed and relatable. I found myself rooting for the "Superhuman" as he fought to protect the world, and I also grew to care about the other characters in the story. Even the villains are complex and interesting, which makes them all the more compelling.

A Story That Stays With You

I finished reading Superhuman Era a few days ago, but I still find myself thinking about it. It's a story that really stays with you long after you turn the last page. I can't wait to see what happens next in the series, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a captivating and exciting read.
