This is full of angst, violence, and paranoia, which is fair because pretty much every character is certifiably insane even the cute 10 year old twin siblings. The female protagonist Ertha transmigrated into a violent male-targeted novel. She is born to a fallen noble family of holy knights who owe a humongous debt. The parents commit suicide in front of her and her twin younger siblings while also trying to kill them at the same time. She approaches the male protagonist Duke Callenor, a magician, and makes to pay off the debt for marriage in return even though she knows he is supposed to eat

her alive. This is due to her being a purifier that gets rid of a magicians madness temporarily by touch or permanently through consumption. To give her credit she is very brave and a risk-taker who lives in constant fear of her husband killing her, which he tries to do but can't due to emotional reasons.
The first season is good but the second seasons is pretty much a waste and just establishes how crazy the imperial family and other characters are. It progresses a little on the other plot line, which is that she's connected to(if not the reincarnation of) Arantium an angel who fell from grace for loving a human.
It drags on for a really long time in the middle. Ertha goes back and forth for 40 chapters on whether to betray Callenor even though she loves him, while taking steps and planning to do so. This is because he is a straight-up psychopath who doesn't know how to love/ hasn't learned yet. I get her conflict, but it didn't need to be 40 chapters worth.
It is kind of annoying how obsessed each male character is about her even minor insignificant ones. This is done to show the unhealthy obsession Callenor has for her and his blood thirstyness. Ertha's relationship with her siblings is the only saving grace at times when all of the other characters are out to kill each other or plotting to kill each other. The 3rd season wrapped it up but in a lackluster way. It seemed like it was a half-hearted attempted by the author who had an idea at first but didn't really know how to wrap it up without being a complete cliché. They did change it up a bit but not by much.
Overall, unnecessarily long for the plot but a good read if you like psychotic obsessive male leads that will do anything to protect the female lead from others including locking her up and contemplating killing her siblings to keep her to himself.
