Gokurakugai follows the daily lives of Tao and Alma, who run the Gokuraku Troubleshooter's Office, an out-of-the-way business that aims to "solve problems." They appear to be nothing more than a lovable goofball and his serious female counterpart getting into shady business, until the series bares its true supernatural fangs near the end of chapter 1. Though I'm not typically interested in shounen series to begin with, I find that this series has a lot of potential as its stunning art style and impressive balance between "cool" and "funny" work greatly in its favor.

I just started reading this today, i dont know why but i normally dont get into reading manga this quickly. I love the art style and the characters are a 10/10. Interesting plots and im already hooked! Can’t wait for the new chapters!
The artstyle kinda reminds me of a mix of Tokyo revengers and Jujutsu kaisen so for me thats a 10/10 The story also kinda feels similar to Jujutsu kaisen and Chainsaw man to me, but i do like the similarities! 9/10 It was definitely not a predictable story, im super curious for what will happen next especially with how the latest chapter ended!

This was love at first sight.
I absolutely have to let everyone who reads this know this manga is a masterpiece. You have to read it. If you see this and yet decide to skip it just know I am in your walls, pookie. The art style is GORGEOUS. Every panel is a work of art. The characters are so goated in their own unique ways. I love them so much I can't even comprehend. AHHHH!!! Alma is the literal goodest boy who ever goodboyed in this existence. Tao-san is a literal goddess with guns. What more do you need to know???? The story is also really interesting. If you like ...

Came across a volume at the bookstore and thought the art looked really good. To be honest I am surprised by how low the score is on MAL, given that 20 chapters in it has done well what you want a new story to do: introduce the premise, build the world/setting, introduce the characters in a way that isn't overwhelming, etc. Maybe it's a little generic as some critics say, but in this case it manages to feel fresh. I'm someone who has grown out of the target demographic (shonen), but I still feel like there's something here to keep me invested.

If you like animanga like Bleach and Jujutsu Kaisen then you should pick up this manga.
The manga has some of the best art I have had the pleasure of looking at. Characters are interesting enough for me to be invested in the overall story, but I will say that I have not been in love with a character yet. The main character Alma feel relatively generic, but I would not say that is bad a thing. On the surface it seems that his personality has the same "skeleton" as Yuji Itadori. There is not much that is special about this manga as a whole, ...

Found the artist on twitter and just got swept up by how good the art is, had to read the manga, didn't disappoint, great character designs, very expressive faces, good panel layout, great environment, amazing art all around, fights aren't good though, there isn't much choreography and it's not particularly engaging, and so far the magic system doesn't seem suited for a shonen series, now that i think about it, there wasn't even a single proper fight yet.
