Manga: Your Throne
Cunning woman defies the odds; Medea and Roxana are similar characters. Both stories are violent, psychological, fantasy romance, though the romance takes a back seat. The art is glamorous as well! I think fans of one would enjoy the other.

Manga: Beware the Villainess!
Both have strong FL ! Mellissa and Roxana both try their best to ensure their survival. Really good art in both the manhwas. ^^

Manga: Tendou-ke Monogatari
The Tendou family and the Agrece family are both quite crazy, with the Tendou family being a tamer more realistic version, since they can't get away with quite as much murder regularly, since they aren't the leaders of a fantasy kingdom. The family dynamics in these series are quite similar, and they explore destroying the main family in different ways. However, the titular Roxana is helping another character escape, while the female lead in Tendou-ke is helping the male lead infiltrate the family.

Manga: Post-Possession Damage Control
finally a manhwa with that elaborate style! both are dark otome isekai with a female protagonist who hates her family. Post-Possession Damage Control twists the script a bit more, but it’s still got that fun revenge feeling.

-Both have MCs who are transported to a novel they once read. -Both MCs now belong to a brutal & villanous family who were antagonists in the OG novels. -Both MCs have to get used to leading a villainous life. darkness the void of the eternal sky. twisted cycle path type of manhwa. i love them both. read if you want the most grimdark fantasy romance possible.

A lot of villainess returners get almost immediately woobified and defanged, but these heroines are still cool dangerous snakes ready to do whatever it takes to get the good ending.

Manga: The Crimson Lady
Psychological dark fantasy with unhinged female protagonists. What's not to love? They promise a blood-thirsty protagonist and they deliver. Neither Roxana or Carynne will hesitate to kill, for any reason. If you like stories about women with ~something deeply wrong with her~ you will enjoy both of these.

Manga: Revolutionary Princess Eve
If you want something edgy instead of sweet, grab one of these manhwas! Both of these stories are fantasy romance manhwa with darker themes. I would say “Roxana” is perhaps one of the darkest villainess stories (at least the novel is) and “Revolutionary Princess Eve” is probably one of the darker themed fantasy time travel manhwas that isn’t a villainess story. Both are very good and use a lot of magic.
