This story is a classic forbidden romance - with a twist! The Snake Who Loved A Sparrow was a book I obtained through a mystery bag purchase at an anime convention recently, and the first one I decided to read. The detailed artwork was easily the strongest factor in the resulting score, while the story was quite unique. Some elements of the plot seemed a bit rushed or underdeveloped, however it still allows the reader a basic understanding of what's going on.
