art isnt wishy-washy and generic like other manhwas, the character drawing has an amateur or simplistic feel to it. i actually prefer this style. though the background is still overdetailed just like other manhwas, that contrast feels weird. the story is alright. not too exceptional or new yet not too cliche. the outside events progression is decent, it is simple enough and not too terrible, for a side element. the side characters are, well, side characters. they get decent backstory and fleshing out even though their screentime is considerably short compared to the main couple. could be better but i am not complaining. plot ... This story has a pragmatic and intelligent female lead, and THE most written-for-the-female-gaze male lead I’ve ever seen!
They share a charming relationship that develops naturally over time. The best moments of this series are watching them grow closer together and their witty banter. They’re just so wonderfully mature and wholesome for the majority of the story; it’s such an enjoyable read. Aside from romantic development, the plot also focuses on female empowerment.
