I've really enjoyed what's been released of Jungle Juice so far. It's clearly your typical shounen with a strong main character who wins almost every fight no matter what. However, the world building behind it is slightly different to most isekai stories, so I didn't consistently get that feeling of deja vu whenever the main character got into a fight against the main villian. The main character also follows the 'must save everyone' thought process which can get annoying at times, but kind characters have to be represented in some way.

That being said, the art style is gorgeous and one of the main selling ... points to read this, it's clear a lot of effort went into creating each chapter and the characters all have different attributes within their character design.

Overall, a worthwhile read if you're interested in shounen stories and looking for a manhwa with a unique art style and world. Just don't be expecting a revolutionary story and plot when reading this. :D

It's pretty solid so far, honestly. I find the concept interesting, and the art is superb. You get to learn about different types of insects (and what they can do) while reading this, which is absolutely fascinating. This had me watching videos about random insects and studying about them. I don't like their excuses of becoming human again. However, it makes absolute sense, since it's how humans are; and it may just be for the story anyway. Again, it's a great manhwa with an amaaaazingly beautiful art. Literally got me reading till 3 am.

In a nutshell: give it a read! You might like it. ... You learn cool insect facts and get to enjoy a manhwa while doing so.

Side note: don't read this if you despise OP main characters.

The idea of the story is very interesting it reminds me of the x-men a lot,
a weird spray was turning ppl to mutants usually giving them bug powers but there are few exeptions, there is a hidden society were they live (they covered up the mutant incidents of course) and there they have a school there were the best student gets the option to be given some of the small amounts of cures they have and become human again, you may ask how does that make sense why give your protige the cure when you dont have that much But in order ... to get the grades to become the top studen you need to accomplish missions either they science or combat

The world may sound innocent and fun but the villains are straight up cruel, they are creating more humans with the spray and force feeding them to each other, feeding bug ppl to each turns them to powerfull mindless beasts and they get monster like appearances and they are used as either food to make stronger monsters or as soldiers to accomplish their grand plan (ik what it is but i dont want to spoil it)

the characters are likeable,
-the protagonist as you are guessing from the description i gave wants to become human again but as the story goes on he becomes more and more used to it to the point i think when the time comes he will refuse to become human again, his goals are like ichigo from bleach he wants to protect his friends
-Something that is not unique but its very rare to see is that every character is of college age and older in this webtoon

overall its a very good story (8/10)

Above average series. It's simple enough, it's like X-men but with insect powers as their mutant powers. It benefits by being an ensemble cast of many characters. Characters are reasonably intelligent and have clear goals and motives, although the villains are a bit on the weaker end. The MC is not the generic Manwha stereotype of the stoic, shallow loner. He actually cares a lot about his friends, shows emotions and aside from maybe being too much of a celibate virgin towards the love interest he doesn't really have any of the glaring cliches of other Manwha protagonists. The action elements are fun enough given ... everyone having unique bug-related powers to use, so you get way more creativity than just shooting or punching. The art style is an acquired taste, like it or don't, but skill-wise it is above many other Webtoons I think.

So far one of my favorites!

The story is well built, and have a good flow, the pauses in between arcs are short, which I love, and the story and characters are well developed.

Speaking about characters, they are all so charismatic, specially the mc, he's so cool, and sometimes remember me of midoriya, the good parts of him, and the progression of his power is well built too.

There's a romance subplot!!

And obviously, the art style, this manhwa Is. So. Pretty. Like guys, fr it's beautiful, from the characters design to the fight scenes, and it's also creative, there's so many different powers, and they're ... very unique, this manhwa is a sight for sore.

I'm so invested and anxious for the comeback!
