I want to rate this a 9 but I can't because I hate that the guys who kept chasing him and killed his parents as well as put them through all that get to live and get to be happy. THe ML should have killed him.
That aside the couple is so cute, there are sooooo many love making scenes, LOTS OF consent (between the MC & ML), the seme is always careful with the uke, and even cuter that they are both each others first male experiences as well as love. the middle of being hunted. The seme protects the uke and sees him as a person and not just a "TOOL" or "TOY" to heal him or use for pleasure.
As for Trigger warnings - Thankfully there is no rape (There is kidnapping, attempted drugging (they get interrupted before they get to inject the uke with it) and talk of forcing the uke to have sex (be raped) with the bad guys dad. Thankfully that didn't happen and they get interrupted before he gets drugged. There is a forced kiss on the uke so warning for that but thankfully that is all that happens and the seme doesn't let anything else happen to the uke.
I recommend reading it because of the ML & MC's love story which they love each other so much.
IF this had another volume where they stop the people hunting them for good (by killi!g them) or finally stopped having to constantly run and finally be able to settle down somewhere then it would have been a 10 but sadly it ends with them happy together however constantly having to move places and not able to settle down because another group is now hunting them.
