Both stories are about a guy that is in a situation he cannot escape, mentally or physically. Both are horror Manhwa and there is graphic violence that is depicted. Both are about the same length in terms of chapters.

Both mangas explore the topic of guilt after commiting a horrible crime, that of course can not simply be forgiven. Main characters I wouldn't say are simmilar, but it is had to be said that there are aspects which they share, especially at the end. Also one of the most important details is the amnesia aspect, not only the fact that main character has amnesia, but how story progresses and how main character remembers fragments of his past.

Both of these manhwa are slow burn thrillers that gradually grow more and more wild as the story unravels, they focus on psychological suspense very heavily

- Story is created by the same author Kim Carnby - Both mc's are sort of in a survival setting, although quite different scenarios (zombie, island) - Both stories have a nice pacing and a good story, however, Pigpen has a better artstyle. - Pigpen includes both psychological and gore, while Sweet home relies more on gore.

- Both stories are written buy the same author - Both mc's have a twisted/dark past that they have to deal with - Although Bastard has a more original concept, while Pigpen might draw on some classic tropes, I still believe that Pigpen offers more in terms of delivering some good twists. - Personally like the artsyle better in Pigpen, as some drawings are quite good, however even though the artsyle might be a bit more generic in bastard it still conveys its intentions when it matters. - Both stories pivot more towards psychological horror rather than gore, which gives both stories some suspense.
