Both series are by the same author and have similar audiences in mind. Plus in both stories the main character's a quirky girl that you can't help but like, and who also adds quite a bit of humor to the mix.

both series are about a physically small guy that is liked (loved) by a weird girl that's physically bigger. in both series the girls are taking the aggressive role , but in Cyclops Shoujo Saipu she is his biological little sister so her loved is denied, while in Choku she is his classmate.

In both mangas the feeling of embarressment is guaranteed. Not only are the main female characters crazy perverted girls also the main male characters are total wimps who endure everything.

Both mangas are a romantic comedy featuring a strange couple, ok the strange part of the couple in both cases comes from the girl, both of them are kinda crazy (though, in Kimi Wa Midara it's because of a factor foreign to her), both also have ecchi humour, but KimiDara is definitely more heavily influenced in this aspect, and also has more romance to it, but all in all, both of them are a good comedy/romance manga.

There's maybe a thing that Niko Tanigawa really likes about weird quirky girls (and honestly can't blame them) since most of their important works involve one way or another this type of character, this is of course present in both of these series, besides the comedy that mostly focuses on social anxiety, there's also a sort of romance plot with the protagonists that it's not too important nor it's giving too much screen unless it's to make a joke. Probably the main difference is that Kuzo to... Has three main protagonists instead of two.

Both manga are light-hearted romantic comedies. They both focus on the happiness in the relationship rather than drama and jealousy. In both manga, one of the protagonists is a bit strange and eccentric. In Love Roma its Hoshino and in Choku! its Serika.

Socially awkward female characters that basically stalk the male lead.

Both revolve around female characters who are obsessively infatuated with the male protagonist.

If you enjoyed how Megane-chan dragged Yankee-kun in her escapades, then you will enjoy Choku! It is similar in that the male lead is inadvertently dragged into funny situations by an overenthusiastic female.

These two comedies revolve around eccentric protagonists who think of the most abnormal ways to past time (like in Tonari no Seki-kun) or celebrate a relationship (such as in Choku).

socially awkward or ridiculously outrageous, both make great laughs.

Both are seinen romance manga with a female lead that is socially awkward.

Both series feature characters who think in highly abnormal ways. In FMP! Overload!, Sousuke maintains a strict military mindset and often expresses it in ways that negatively affect those around him. In Choku!, Serika possesses a rather odd understanding of romantic relationships in which her "lover" Nao often suffers as a result. Expect to laugh a lot when reading these two series.
