This is the most generic bs I have seen in a long time. The story is generic, the dialouge is cringe worthy on a whole new level, the characters have about as much depth as my sink, and the art consists of weird perspective issues, inconsistent proportions and straight up screenshots from minecraft worlds, mostly background. This genuinely feels like a fan fic of a 12 year old, basically there's this 10 year old called Niko who wants to go on adventures, and that is his entire motivation, his mom is obviously against it because he's 10 but then plot happens and he goes on ... an adventure completely alone as a 10 year old, Ash from Pokemon at least had Pikachu, there's also some stuff about his father but it just screams generic. If you're seriously interested in a Minecraft manga I would highly recommend you to check out Cube Arts, while also not being perfect, it has a better story, better characters, and most importantly art that looks pretty good

The pinnacle of fiction, this is what Minecraft story mode should've been, what a Minecraft movie should've been. This is the greatest work of fiction known to man. Minecraft: Sekai no Hate e no Tabi is a phenomenal and unique take on the Minecraft world. It is filled with compelling characters with deep and intricate backstories, a riveting adventure filled with twists and plenty of original ideas.

The Plot 10/10
The story follows the energetic rookie Nico White on his adventure to the end of the world. Along with his unique ability, called a mod skill, he perseveres through the challenges the world of Minecraft throws ... at him. A Mod skill is a unique ability certain players possess through family lineage. Players with mod skills are called adventurers, and our main protagonist, Nico White, has one. His ability is called Imagination I allowing him to craft whatever he wants whenever he wants. A skill he inherited from his father, he uses this to explore the world of Minecraft.

The Art 10/10
Truly the pinnacle of what Manga art should be. The author uses the unique blocky style from Minecraft and combines it with his own anime style to create a masterclass of what art should be. Each panel is masterfully crafted, combining modern manga-making techniques with the Minecraft style. The art elevates the reading experience and allows the reader to feel the emotional story beats. The author also combines screenshots from the game with his art to make the reader feel like they're in Minecraft. Taking the perfect screenshots for each panel to create a dynamic reading experience.

The Characters 10/10
Nico White
The pinnacle of shonen protagonists. Combining every shonen protagonist trope possible to create a master class of character. While being the biggest clown of the story, he is also the most reliable when needed. Driven to follow the footsteps of his father, he is one of the most captivating shonen protagonists of our time. It is guaranteed that any reader would want to follow his journey to the end

Gray
A boy who is cursed with a mod that makes him look like a zombie. A tragic tale as he travels to the end of the world to find a way to break his curse and save his village. A tragic character who joins Nico's Party, he adds a great side plot to the story. Being the more serious one of the two, he balances out Nico's immaturity. While at the same time having humor of his own his character is a great addition to the story.
