Now that all chapters have been translated, I think it's a good opportunity to give my final review on this series.

To start off, it's clear that this was axed, so if you can't bear reading axed manga, this will not be for you. But if you have any interest in reading axed manga that showed potential, I absolutely recommend The World of Summoning.

The story isn't anything too revolutionary, the characters don't particularly stand out, and the art is basically just passable. It's not bad in any of these areas, but it's also not very good-- just average, or maybe a bit above that. Where the ... series shines is in its power system. The power system is extremely creative, utilizing alternate worlds in really clever ways to put together a system that stands out as something special and full of potential. Naturally, it never gets to be utilized as much as it should have, but there are some amazing ideas here.

So if you're looking for a manga that'll be fantastic quality across the board, this isn't the one. But if you like seeing clever power systems and reading obscure shounen manga, you might find something here-- and this author might yet bring out another success!

Predictable, boring, and cancelled. The way this manga starts out indicates it was supposed to be some kind of epic 100 volume Bleach clone, but apparently that never happened and it was cancelled after only 3 volumes. While there isn't anything offensively wrong with the story, there also isn't anything good about it. It's generally just a school action/drama about catching monsters. Some people want to save the monsters and others don't want to save the monsters...that's it. I think this is one of those instances where cancelling was the right choice as it lacked any type of compelling hook.
