Two individuals with connections to a shady side, end up in a profession where they continue their days almost completely opposite compared to what they did before. *Both of them are Slice of Life related. 

The MCs of both manga are delinquent-like with a sweet side on them. While Zeikin has a more slice of life style to it, Kaoru Hana focuses mainly on romance, so if you liked Zeikin and are feeling like reading some romance, give Kaoru Hana a try. As for Zeikin, the MC gets on quests to learn from people and books (he is pretty curious), being a pretty laid back manga. While on Kaoru Hana, the main couple is trying to develop their relationship and understand one another 

Both have a focus on work places and the relationships of the people who work there. Both are about people getting to know each other more. Both have similar female characters and both are seinen manga. 

Both are workplace-centric series where every employee is passionate about connecting people to the things they love. Both protagonists learn from mentors in the workplace, improving and growing as people and professionals.
