(Note: this is my first manga review, so I would appreciate feedback)
For the most part, anime adapatations of video games have a bad name - sure, there are some good series out there (i.e., Gungrave, Canaan), you have a terrible adaptation out there (i.e., Green Green, Mars of Destruction). But you don't hear a lot about manga adaptations of video games. So, what do you get when you take one of the slightly lesser-known entries from one of Nintendo's biggest franchises and turn it into a manga? You get something that's actually quite enjoyable.

I'm not a big video-game fan since i was 14 years old, but Legend of Zelda always was a thing to me. Even if i was not playing games anymore, Zelda always had a kind of appeal of a great fantasy story and Link always has been since one of my favorite archetipe of hero. If this is for kids, then kids deserve better. The plot barely exists at all, and it's undecided on whether it wants to be serious or goofy, instead alternating between them in a way that doesn't blend together well. Plot points are resolved either the same chapter as they're introduced, or at the start of the next chapter without giving it much thought. In particular, there's something that happens with Link's second confrontation with Onox that could have a powerful effect on the narrative, but it's just taken care of a few pages later with zero effort.
