A lone male Tsukkomi, who once lived a peaceful life, is dragged into a (mostly female) world of boke. Some of the girls have a crush on the lead male, though he is oblivious. Both have sexual jokes, though varying in "maturity level".

Both of these serialisations revolve around the comic and ecchi mishaps of a lone male protagonist amongst a group of females.

Both these comedies utilise sexual references to drive humour.

Comedies absolutely filled with sex jokes.

-Same style 4-koma -Both of them tells about daily life. -Both of them are laughable to read, though SYD has more mature humor than Acchi Kochi

Both have a straight man role MC, as well as a dirty minded, lewd, crude humoured friends. Both also take place at school and both are involved with the student council at their respective schools.

Both are SoL involving a group of students, with harem romance (kind of)

Both are Highschool comedies with short chapters and a similar kind of random sense of humor.

Both mangas have the atmosphere of a Japanese high school added to the jokes and perverted interactions between the students and a format similar to that of yonkoma, to be honest, I recommend Ishuzoku more than Seitokai because the first one is a little more to the point without unnecessary arcs, but both are enjoyable.

Both manga ridicule overused phrases or ideas (cliche), and the setting is mainly in the school.

Unless you live and die by perverted humor, Nozaki-kun is also adept at being a 4koma, and those who are fans of the rapid-fire pace of SYD would also like GSNK, even though the humor subject matter is different.

Both these comedies utilise sexual references to drive humour.

Comedy titles that feature a lot of sexual jokes and inferences.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both series maintain standalone narratives that mainly revolve around comical situations with a lot of sexual innuendo.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
Both these serialisations feature female characters who often mistake normal human interaction and gestures for sexual intentions and acts.

Both have a girl in charge of a club, in the midst of puberty, that's slightly concerned about their modest chest size, and usually the "funny man" if this were a "Manzai", with the "straight man" male lead retorting to their constant, slightly perverted remarks or jokes. The main differences are that Seitokai Yakuindomo is more consistent with (smutty) comedy, while Ore to Ichino no Game(rest omitted) has a random splash of fantasy super-powers with a drier taste in comedy compared to Seitokai Yakuindomo.

A lot of perverted jokes about day to day life and Japanese culture. Wordplay is used in some jokes that doesn't really translate well into English. "Combi jokes" are plenty although the tsukkomi and the boke often changes with the situation, unlike in SYD where the lead male (Tsuda) often plays the tsukkomi. Finally, we have an overly perverted professor that's single and in their late 20's. If you enjoyed SYD, you'll find Imoto wa Shishunki very entertaining.

They both have the same kind of feel. A group of girls just goofing around a lot. Except in Seitokai there's one boy in the group and all the girls make really dirty jokes constantly.

They are light slice of life comedies built mostly around sexual jokes (SY more so) and have exactly the same feel, which isn't surprising since they are written by the same author. The only difference is that Petit-Tan isn't 4-koma style.
