Yes, it is another tournament manga. And what's even crazier is that... yep, it's also on Comic Zenon. In Tokyo Loop Line, there are many stations, each station has to fight the other station to protect their own. There are Yojimbos, who are gonna be the representatives for their station. These Yojimbos are gonna be fighting each other in a duel. And I find almost all of the contestants are heavily unique and interesting. Trust me you would love this manga. 

Both stories are about 1v1 duels one way or another. The artstyle is analogue: thick black lines and well-contoured character art dominate the battlefield. *From the first two chapters of Tokyo Kettou I immediately thought of Valkyrie of The End. *There's a Record of Ragnarok Easter Egg in chapter 18 of Tokyo Duel.
