Both take place in high school are about the main character's struggle with gender and the expectation for them to conform to the gender they were assigned as. 

Both manga have characters named Saki that are kinda similar. Both try to throw themselves deeply into romance because they're trying to find their "special someone" or "soulmate". Condition Called Love is a romance-focused story, while Senpai is more of a coming-of-age. 

Both have good discussions about gender, crossdressing and love.
