This was a pretty fine read. It was kind of interesting. But I can't really say too much, because it was only one chapter. Which is a real shame, because I really enjoy stories that involve human becoming intimately involved with other species - it kind of points out that love is love, and it shouldn't matter who or what you're with, as long as it makes you happy and helps change other's point of view (the right way). The art work was very good, and the story and characters were just alright - again, can't give too much of a detailed review, because it

was only one chapter long. Tada Hitonari only got to be intimate with three women: Hono Honoka, the Bonobo; Tasuma Rubia, the Tasmanian Devil; and Machisu Kirie, the Praying Mantis. Despite it being short, I did enjoy the small details given whenever a species of demi-human was revealed - it's good to be educational in these moments.
Though I kind of wish Tada's teacher would have join his harem; even though she's human, she's still a MILF. But what was up with that poster of missing people she was hiding behind her back? I wish the story was much longer, because I really would have liked to see Tada assist more and more tenants of the apartment complex with their "mating rituals" - heck, orgies are not uncommon with demi-humans. By the end of the chapter, many more demi-girls wanted to get to know Tada, and he was willing to do his best at his new employment. Now if that doesn't scream sequel, or at least a much longer continuation, I don't know what does.
