I gotta say even if this manhwa is totally dark, it is indeed a pretty addictive read too! The seme is like a “Jack The Ripper” type who kills prostitutes and anything he finds on his path, he’s basically a psycho who is above the law. The uke is a prostitute who pretends to be blind and is just letting the seme do whatever he wants to do with him. Yeah the uke is claiming he’s gonna call the police every time the seme kills a guy but actually doesn’t because he doesn’t wanna get killed himself and he is blinded love (no pun intended)

this manhwa is something special !! seme is a psycho who is addicted to blood ( i mean he needs to kill regularly ) but for some reason that will be revealed in chapters he is too kind with uke . the story is so much dark and thrilling and makes you wonder what might happen in next chapter . and there is so much blood and violence and filthy scenes so if you can't endure it don't ever think about reading this manhwa . it kinda reminds me of killing stalking but a smoother version with better art , better story line and more

It had me hooked in the beginning with suspense, but that quickly wore off after season 1. It ended up becoming a killing stalking rip off- including the killer having a "favorite song" that will show up in scenes. The story is ok nothing crazy. Some parts were really predictable and others were normal cliches. The main murderer character has heavy plot armor when it comes to the police. If you just like reading yaoi / dark thriller and don't care about it being anything original go ahead and give it a read. Otherwise, its just alright. Just read killing stalking instead if you haven't

This series is fucked up just like its author. I mentioned on a previous review that some authors from lezhin started a drama on tw about piracy and a potential strike a few years ago. As I stated before, I'm against illegal stuff if an official translation is available for a reasonable price.
Going back to the drama, these authors started blocking all their non-korean followers assuming that all of us, even the ones that were actually paying for their work, were pirating their series and harassing them. Again, they were right about some things but handled the whole situation poorly. Some of the comments made ...

Do you want a dark Manhwa? Do you want a psychological Manhwa? Do you want a lot of plot twist?
Then yes I will recommend this one! When i started reading this one, i was expected something dark, and something dark is what i got. The story is very well written and put together, with a lot of twists and turns, plot twist, yet twisted love story, kidnapping, stockholm syndrome and bloody hell. Should probably say it can trigger some of people who have experienced difficulty in their life as well to maybe not read into this one. Yet i really loved it and couldn't stop ... |
