I was reading Koi no Shikata ga Wakaranai and was reminded of Takara no Biidoro while looking at Kaede's eyes in one of the panels. Kaede from Koi no Shikata ga Wakaranai and Taishin from Takara no Biidoro also have pretty similar personalities aside from their marble-like eyes, short stature and ear piercings. The stories are pretty similar in that they're about a dense puppy kouhai who's head over heals for their cold ikemen senpai. 

I felt the stories and dynamic between the couple to be quite similar. You have a pretty but icy seme who is aware of the uke's feelings for him but still hangs out with him, despite being clear about his own feelings, but eventually, he starts showing jealousy and the uke showing interest in other people. 

Both stories are about a senior who puts forward a very unique condition before he dates girls, but one fine day, he is shocked when a guy agrees to all his conditions, and asks his senpai to date him.
