Both the characters are warped, considered keys of somesort to help reach their goals/others goals, are protected/in a similiar situation with a sort of contractor, and have dark pastses.

They really remind me of each other. Kors/Akuma... little orphan Teito/little orphan Allen... the church and order... They just really fit with the feeling of each.

The main characters are young in both and they both have some mysterious power that they discover in the course of the manga. Also in both there are dark organizations that are after them and equally mysterious organizations who are their allies. The boys are also trying to find people, or information on people throughout the manga, and there is quite a bit of tragedy and action in both.

These two are incredibly similar in nature, the overall feeling is a reflection of both manga. The main character is the same, the scenario is basically the same, even the art is similar.

The main protagonists both are trying to avenge a 'family' member, both are thought of as lesser than those around them, both lost their families, both are being searched for by those with power, both have roles they will have to fulfill in the future that they are currently unaware of, both are kids, both are fighting things that are no longer human in time that is not taken up by the main storyline, both are devilishly handsome, and both have people helping them for unknown reasons.

They both have the same loneliness, aristocrats, loyal friend, military, and both man character are searching for who they really are. Once you watch it you'll find out however, Ilegenes: Kokuyou no Kiseki is a bit darker than 07- Ghost

The uniforms for the military and Tokei are similar and both manga have seriousness and humor well balanced. Lastly both manga are filled with hot boys

the characters are alike and in both Tenkyuugi - Sephirahnatus and 07-ghost the main character (Teito and Nanao) are wanted by the empirical military/magicians, also both have a power that could be either good or Destructive.
reportRecommended by inbarwys
Both main characters have a hidden special power or ability that others desire. Also the main characters are quite alike in appearance and personality.

Teito and Yuu both have similar situations where they have to leave their friend/family to escape from a certain place, and they arrive at safe haven and train to fight against their enemy .\.

The MC becomes a "pet" of a high ranking individual (Death God in 07-Ghost, King in MnN), magic and stuff, and both MCs have a secret side to them. Also the endings are pretty much the exact same

07-Ghost and Chrno Crusade have religious undertones and a similar style of mixing comedy and a dark storyline. Both have the same feeling as well.

This manga is by the same author and artist as 07-ghost. That being said the characters look extremely similar to the ones in 07-ghost and some believe this to be a sequel about re-incarnation, but it is stand alone. It is also short so it is a quick read!

Both are about a boy trying to adjust into a new school/surroundings. Ghost 07 has more drama, tragedy and supernatural themes where Soukai Kessen is about a cat-boy being accepted into the human world. They remind me of each other because of what each character went through when joining the new school: bullying, indifference, etc

I couldn't think of another manga to describe it sorry. but, if you liked anime version of 07 Ghost and were disappointed of the end. If you want to discover an universe waaaaay better in this original form. I can assure you, Monochrome Factor is a rare piece. Sadly, the anime of Monochrome Factor is here, and a lot of people thinks Manga is the same. AND THAT'S NOT. The Manga is so DIFFERENT and WAY better. A simple history with good characters (all appealing) and with evolution in the story. The protagonist, others and some scenes between actions are funny (i love the Author's Pen which evolve with time). The  read more

Both Syaoran and Teito went on a journey that seems to be unavoidable, but little do they know that Destiny/Fate has greater design for both of them, and their journey will one day bring them the truth of both their past and future. Friendship, Dreams, Parent love, Price of live, Journey in-search of lost memories ... Many things showed during Syaoran and Sakura's journey is also told in 07-Ghost, and because 07-Ghost is much shorter than Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, its story has a faster development, which means it focused solely on the main plot and after you finished the whole series, you feel like everything is  read more

07-Ghost and Stigmata don't have much in common, but when i read Stigmata, i got reminded of 07-Ghost in a way. First, it involves churches. Second, we have the main character have his memory lost/sealed. Third, both main character are caught up in a battle from the past. 07-Ghost is still ongoing but Stigmata is finished with only 15 chapters, which in my opinion it was too short. If you liked 07-Ghost and want to try something kinda similar, try reading Stigmata, or vise versa. :)

Has the same saddness, with a plot and an inkling of a darker tale underneath it all.

A kid in military training is suddenly accused of treason, and as his life falls apart around him, he finds himself amid strange allies who, hopefully, will get him through this alive. These series have similar premises, systems of magic, and art, but their plot lines quickly diverge to make two distinct and enjoyable stories.

Reapers and the darkness (or lack thereof) of the soul play an important part in the plot.
reportRecommended by Numi
Both protagonists have lost their parents and have to deal with life by themselves and are both set in different worlds than our own. They just really remind me of each other.

hmmm... I don't really know if I have a good reason for matching those two.. It just that they give me a similar feeling. Both are about past lives, the main characters are good to a fault (although they have very different personalities), and they are sourounded by gorgeous guys. Both these manga have a little bit of a shounen-ai-ish tone to them, although 07-gost is a little darker than UraBouku.Well, from my point of view, if you liked one, you will also like the other. :)

Well... For starters they're both gothic manga... Action... Yeah ^^'
reportRecommended by melonramune
07-Ghost and Vassalord are both dark gothic action series, but whit a sense of humor. The art-type is somewhat similiar, whit high contrasts and many bishes. Vassalord is a Shounen-Ai, but 07-Ghost at least got many BL-ish undertones. They are also both about religion (Christianity) and have well-developed characters.
reportRecommended by AceLice
It feels somewhat similar. Both characters have some special ability/power. Both characters have something to do with the military. The two mangas are both good read.
reportRecommended by mikan2
Its in similar genres such as supernatural etc... but it has the typical view where the main character's world is tipped upside down where a need to have more power is similar in both.
reportRecommended by apb-chan
While 07-Ghost is darker, and KKM is more humorous, I think both have a very similar setup. Both have large, mostly male casts of characters which revolve around trying to protect or antagonize the main character in a fantasy setting. The main characters (Teito and Yuuri) are both boys sharing their bodies with spirits and trying to steer a morally/ethically right course in complicated political-religious situations. Oh, and they both have "living" skeletons.

The only things that i can really compare between these 2 are the illustrations towards the scenes angles/action shots and the fighting scenes. The stories are completely different with a completely different cast of characters BUT between fighting demons with powerful magic and the journey that the lead character must go on...i can see similarities. Both very enjoyable :D
