07-Ghost

While 07-Ghost is darker, and KKM is more humorous, I think both have a very similar setup. Both have large, mostly male casts of characters which revolve around trying to protect or antagonize the main character in a fantasy setting. The main characters (Teito and Yuuri) are both boys sharing their bodies with spirits and trying to steer a morally/ethically right course in complicated political-religious situations.
Oh, and they both have "living" skeletons.
