Forgotten for a reason.
The story has a problem of presenting the audience with ideas and themes, and then never elaborating on said themes. For an example, near the beginning of the story, the children who inherit the robot "The Moon" are told that they are to find their own meaning of justice, and that that's why they've been given The Moon.
