I've read 36 chapters (that's how many the English translation has covered as of late July 2024), and it's good. Really good. My favorite thing about it is the author's humor which comes off as autism mixed with sarcasm. No one in this manga is "normal" and they all are unique characters. Sometimes the author just will draw shit for no reason and it's funny as hell. There was no reason to draw the MC in a bunnysuit but they did and it was mad funny.

Would I recommend it? Yeah, if you like those romances that don't feel like romances. The MC is pretty ... unique, despite being a bit dull, and during the later chapters you can see he matures quite a lot. He's not dumb, but he can come off as such. I'm not gonna spoil anything, but he does think faster than you would expect him to. Solid 8/10 and I would recommend this to specifically Gen Z (anyone can enjoy this, i just know gen z would the most) for the humor aspect of it.

I've followed every chapter as the author just posts all of them on her twitter. If you like this story, you should follow her(?) twitter as well. The English translation is about 7 chapters behind. The first 20 or so chapters are mainly rom-com style that ease the reader into them but the main story is the Mizuki "senpai," who possesses the power to predict the future, pretends to be older than the protagonist and fell in love with him because she was treated as a tool by her parents who sold her to capitals that would use her ability to make fortunes while he ... treats her as a normal human being. The latest chapters came up with the mp rejecting her confession when they were both in the beach hotel his younger sister won from a big eater challenge despite her kissing and attempting to have sex with him while others were sleeping, as the mp feels she should have a more normal life rather than finding him to be the only "special" person because he is "normal."

The setting is not very special but the way how everyone behaves makes this manga quite fun to read. The author uses a technique known as "電波系／でんぱけい(Denpa-kei)" which makes the story and conversation progression largely indirect and requires the readers to make the connections between grids, or a few steps of the logic in conversations are skipped. As I am neither native English or Japanese speaker myself I believe a few things are lost in translation. Like the author's other work, this is one of those mangas that the main framework are not too different from other ones but the details are all unique. Would recommend to people who want a different experience and an alternative to generic styles of manga.

This is a rather silly and stupid romcom; the plot developments and character interactions are strange and aren’t really explained or transitioned to very cleanly, causing the manga to give off a clunky feeling instead of the heartwarming fluff that should come out of a manga of this trope/genre.

For a manga with a fortune-telling trope, this manga doesn’t really utilize it to the best of its capabilities. There’s some interactions that do stem from it, however, they are rarely impactful to the story itself; it instead focuses on the romantic developments of a club, which you already know how underwhelming and boring it gets ... after so many chapters. As for the developments themselves, they are there, however, they are done in a convenient and cliche manner where the point leading up to it creates a reaction of “What just happened? How does that even make sense??”

The characters are somewhat interesting with their abilities and personality, but that’s all they are; the author refuses to further develop or dig deep into their backstory, which ruins most of the interest in their romance. There’s some good heartfelt and comedic moments here and there, but it’s mostly ruined due to how shallow they are.

A somewhat disappointing manga due to its cliches and lack of character depth; there may be more developments for the characters in the future, but I’ve lost interest when the author had some allure and interest surrounding them; instead, he teetered around the plot with some cliche developments that ends up ruining most of the fun.
