Honestly it's a pretty entertaining manga with (mostly) well written characters with sufficient backstories that feel like actual people. The main character has the ability to see premonitory corpses but other than that there are pretty much no other occult/paranormal elements in the story, at least for now, something that I found a bit disappointing. The personality of the MC is the other key factor to the manga-she will do everything possible to save people-strangers, friends, enemies, nobody deserves to die in her views, so in order to achieve that she puts herself in danger daily, using her strength, intelligence and... actual real life medical ... knowledge(pretty cool) to get the upper hand over the mysterious deaths. Most of the time she is searching for the root cause of the death(guessing what is about to happen) and trying to prevent it, you will be seeing a lot of that. She also has very poor social abilities, which makes her task of saving people even more difficult.

You might find yourself in a disagreement with the main character, because honestly putting your life on the line for strangers and enemies(and having your reputation suffer for that most of the time) isn't something that most people would do, however there is a reason for that which is explained later on.

There are a few minor issues. The art is mediocre at the beginning but progressively gets better in the newer chapters, the characters have pretty well drawn expressive faces. The other issue is because the action is mostly set in school, it feels odd how someone is about to die nearly daily. It would have been better if there was a change in the atmosphere more often. However, there is likely a reason for this that will be explained later in the story. Another thing that I found disappointing is that the antagonist of the story is not a particularly well written character, doing pretty messed up things and not listening to reason, despite being intelligent. They have a backstory but it doesn't really justify their actions.

Overall it's worth reading, you won't be disappointed if you like the premise.

Satsuki is called a liar, but she never lies. She tries to save her schoolmates every day.
Very similar manga as mieruko-chan so much but still at the same time it's very different. The amount of research the author did to make each "Death" unique and in a realistic scenario is just great. Our main girl tries her best to find clues from the limited information she can "See" and solves the mystery to save her friends. And ofcourse the side characters are all "Quirky" if you may say. Some may have complaints about how everything bad happens around the protagonist (I mean would it really ... be interesting if nothing happened?) but that's the point, the "unnatural" gift of Satsuki is the reason she attracts trouble.
Very enjoyable manga, I caught up in one day.

It had a very strong start with a likable protagonist and some interesting supporting characters, and some very beautiful art… the problem came when the antagonists were introduced and the plot started to thicken.

The antagonists’ are boring and enraging, their motivations are stupid and their behavior is disgusting to read. This manga committed the mistake of making everyone too dumb in order to make a wannabe-kira-like genius like the president shine.

The president lacks the charisma to be likable or a good backstory to make us at least understand his actions. He doesn’t have those things, he is just an annoying kid trying to act like ... a genius who is playing god while everyone else is too dumb to even realize it and stop him. The vice-president is just there to follow the stupid president’s plans like a dog, and no, her backstory isn’t good either, they just made a walking trope of the “I’ll do anything if it’s for your sake” side villain. It’s boring and gross to read.

Had this story decided to focus on more interesting things like Minatsuki’s relationship with her dad or her new found friends and it would have kept its touch and quality, but the author decided to go for a cheap Death Note with dumb characters without progress.
