Shortly after his encounter with Tanjirou Kamado, the Water Hashira Giyuu Tomioka embarks on a mission to investigate several demon-related deaths that have occurred in the Snowy Mountains. The attacks are supposedly being instigated by a bear deprived of its den, but the Demon Slayer Corps believe otherwise. Upon arriving, he joins forces with Insect Hashira Shinobu Kochou.
