6.9/10
I expected so much more form this manga with its rather unique premise, however, as it “progressed,” the story and characters got more ridiculous while the humor was getting tiring. The manga simply had a good premise, yet it failed to capitalize on it, which made it become boring and stale quite quickly.
Despite the characters having somewhat of a distinct personality, they all are cliche and shallow. Because of this, it’s hard to see or find any of those wholesome/funny love moments that are so desired in romcoms. The side and main characters all serve to appeal to comedy, and they have virtually no

progression in their relationships or personality.
The plot is just rinse-and-repeat; in other words, the manga sets its idea on a formula, then each chapter follows said formula, quickly degrading the manga’s enjoyability. There are some unique twists here and there, but as noted before, the author cared more on the comedy, which is a hit or miss, than the actual progression in plot.
This is a rather disappointing read, since the concept was so good. But it seems that most authors can’t maintain a good story outside of their introduction because of their impulses to narrowly focus on one element of the story — in this instance, it was cringy comedy.
