Manga: Kyouken Hachiko
The blonde uke with his black motorcycle reminded me a lot of the blonde dentist and while those two mangaka might be different, it seems like it's the same person with different pen-names. This is why the art was so remarkably familiar. Both also have a similar plot - the dark haired delinquent falls instantly for the beautiful uke who does not give in to his advances

Manga: Ao no Flag
Both manga are from Shounen Jump, and both explore the hidden feelings a man has for another man, without poking fun at their feelings, their relationships, or their sexualities. The genres are vastly different - Blue Flag is more serious, while Dentist-san is pure comedy. Even so, I'm sure that if you enjoyed reading one, you'll love reading the other.

Manga: Magical☆Change
While their settings are different, the crux of both manga is the same. Both feature male leads and the angle of gender-bending, wherein the feelings of one of the male leads is decidedly romantic towards the other male lead. The other guy is obviously confused about his feelings, since if those feelings are confirmed, the genres would switch to shounen ai.
