Both stories focuses on a 'royal' family member and their friend/parter (in each manga respectively) in a fantasy world where kings, nobles and servants serve as the political structure of this world. +C has more action in it while Shirayuki Hime is obviously more romantic. But after reading both I enjoyed them both immensely and felt a similar feel to it (largely due to the beautiful character designs and art both of these manga contain).

Well the art is similar, not the same but similar. Both a rather uncommon style. And there are some similar conspiracy theories.

The main protagonists both are trying to avenge a 'family' member, both are thought of as lesser than those around them, both lost their families, both are being searched for by those with power, both have roles they will have to fulfill in the future that they are currently unaware of, both are kids, both are fighting things that are no longer human in time that is not taken up by the main storyline, both are devilishly handsome, and both have people helping them for unknown reasons.

The main plots between these two manga are pretty different, but the Ishvalans in FMA and the Hokulea (Amontel) in +C are strikingly similar in both their appearances and their struggles against discrimination.

Both manga have half races present and in both the main character is royalty, but is heavily descriminated against which motivates them to fight for equality. I really like both of these and highly recommend them, though they are quite different.

-Both is centred about the unfavored king candidate -explores the human relationships quite a bit -similar art styles

Both involve royalty betrayed by those closest to them and the crown prince left to travel across the region with a close companion to find friends and take back the kingdom

Same medieval Europe setting.

This contains spoilers! Both stories have revered hero(es). The protagonist found that the hero wasn't as honorable as everyone believed. Everyone tried to stop the protagonist from disclosing such secret, for fear of destroying the long peaceful era.

The main characters both are almost completely unaware of why things are happening that seem to be centered around them. They also both have a power that they have little or no control over. They each also focus on a certain world, ninjas and medieval.

While the plot and storytelling-ways differ quite a bit, both these manga give off similar feelings. Along with the beautifully detailed art, a few disturbing themes are mixed in, and a great scale conspiracy seems to lure around the corners. But, even so, neither are excessively dark stories, triving more on lighthearted humor and fleshing out the characters. Also, both stories feature a prince and his sidekick on an adventurous quest, even if that's really all the main characters share. It's not certain, but I'd say there's a high probability that if you liked one, you'd like the other, too.

In my opinion, Adarushan no Hanayome is very similar to +C: Sword and Cornett in a variety of ways. The one that stands out most is the art. While reading Adarushan no Hanayome, I often felt a connection to Sword and Cornett because of the style of clothes and hair of the characters as well as the background setting. Each plot contains aspects of the other; Princes Belca and Alexid are both children of the kings mistresses and therefore don't receive as much respect as their siblings and also I think that the friends of the Princes, Eco and Fred, play similar roles. In both the storyline happens in an alternative universe where the main character almost dies, only to be saved by a character that decides to help him for personal gain, not kindness. Both main characters are trying to meet and help someone dear to them, while avoiding bad guys that are after them. Both have a bit of fighting and a strong focus on the relationships of the characters. Also, both main characters were secluded from normal life (one in a forest, the other in a castle) and need help moving around. Both are definately recommended XD

The main protagonists are both thought of as lesser than those around them, both have seen death, both are being searched for by those with power, both have roles they will have to fulfill in the future that they are currently unaware of, both are kids, both are fighting things that are no longer human, both have a darker side, both have powers of a sort, and both have people helping them for unknown reasons.

Both main characters are royalty, both accept help from an odd cheery guy who knows more than he lets on, both are fighting for their lives and for something unknown (for the most part) and both are bishies...yum...

Both are by the same mangaka and involve plot, warfare, and deception within a sort of government or royal leadership (+C: Sword and Cornett has to do with the ruling of the kingdom, Azrael's Blade has to do with the corruption of the government).
