Manga: Saiunkoku Monogatari
When I started reading Crazy Girl Shin Bia, the first thing I thought of was Saiunkoku Monogatari. They both involve an Emperor and the woman he loves. Although, in CGSB he isn't the Emperor throughout the entire manga like he is in SM; and Bia goes to a different world, whereas Shuurei doesn't travel to a different world. Both stories have a good plot, with a good about of depth and intrigue. I enjoyed Saiunkoku Monogatari more than Crazy Girl Shin Bia, but I think both are great, and both have similar elements.

Manga: Honggane
This manga reminded me of crazy girl shin bia when i was reading it. Both girls manners and attitude are the same.

Manga: Loulan Yi Meng
These two manga are very alike. Both of the main characters are great beauties who like to cause mischief, and each one finds themselves caught in a love triangle between two handsome men. Both manga also have attractive artwork and deal with war and politics, although in Loulan Yi Meng the conspiracies and politics are a bit more complicated.

a fantasy-historical manhwa where a girl enters a whole new world and becomes the bride of a god. this is a more mature manga though, not as light-hearted as crazy girl shin bia

Though the both of the girl's personalities are completely different, the guy's are quite similar, even though it's hard to tell. Also, the feeling's you get from each story is similar.

Manga: Proclaiming and Loving
Both are set in an ancient time and has a strong female lead. In both are love triangles and military acts. In my opinion even the storyline has some similaities. I think Crazy Girl Shin Bia is more funny, but Proclaiming and Loving is very nice to read, too.

Manga: Shinobi Life
Both have something about time travelling. Shinobi Life has many times where there are time travelling for past to present, present to past. While Crazy Girl Shin Bia is a girl where also went to the past and was stuck there. Like the shinobi life, there's romance! Both are shoujo manga. Difference is that one is japanese manga while the Crazy Girl Shin Bia is korean. (^_^)

Manga: Meikyuu Romantica
Even though art and over all characters are different, they both have to do with love across space and time. If you like one, I almost guarantee you will like the other.

Manga: Oiran Girl
Both manga have a historical setting and a bold female protagonist that is enjoyable to watch, especially when you through in a love interest. Although they have different plot focuses (not counting the romance), they have a similar feel, the key difference being that the protagonist in Crazy Girl Shin Bia-Ah is from the present day.

Manga: Amakusa 1637
Both stories about a girl from the future who mysteriously goes to the past. Crazy Girl Sin Bia is a bit more light though compared with Amakusa, and includes abit more comedy. Both are great reads.

Manga: Ouke no Monshou
They are both about a cute girl who goes back in time, meets a handsome, strong and brave, tyrant ruler who is quite possessive of her, first hates him and then falls in love with him, survives lots of adventures and assassination attempts and so on. Moreover, both main characters are strong-willed. Finally, "Crazy Girl Shin Bia" and "The Royal Hieroglyph" are both of the fantasy/historical genre.
