Both are age gap romance manga-older female- with super natural element... both are really so fricking cute...

An earth-bound spirit that scares everyone meets a boy that isn't afraid of her. These two are pretty much about the same thing.

-Both have a female mc that's essentially a supernatural being i guess -Both have the comedy / romcom kinda genre

The overall settings of the mangas are different (there's nothing supernatural and its set in a highschool), yet the feeling of the kinda straightforward male lead and tsundere female lead (who's known as a badass and stuff) interacting together and causing cute reactions from our heroin are very similar. Though as I said, this isn't remotely close to the supernatural genre, only the interactions between the two leads are similar.

Both feature a kuchisake onna which gets together with the MC. Both are really wholesome Terror Night focuses a bit more on action compared to Kuchi ga Saketemo Kimi ni wa
