both are romance with a main who can hear people inner voice. Kijima-san to Yamada-san have more a real story than mousou telepathy who is plain a romcom.

Both are office romances. Kijima-san to Yamada-san Kijima-san can hear peoples inner voices and hears his colleagues inner voice and they develop their relationship as time goes on. Ice Guy and the Cool Female Colleague Himuro is a descendant of a "snow woman" and causes problems to those around him but it also attracted his colleague which developed to a lovely romantic relationship.

Both are about a person who can read the room, although how they accomplish this is a tad different. Both main males are misunderstood. Both are office romance, while exploring the some of the burdens related to having more social information than others. I really like both! Kijima-san to Yamada-san have the MC hearing the internal voice of others. MC is male. While Kuuki ga "Yomeru" have the MC seeing fluffy balls in different colors and states which shows which emotion they are feeling. MC is female

Both are cute office romances. Kijima-san to Yamada-san gives a bit more innocent and pure vibes, while Kono Kaisha is equally as cute, but with a bit more of a mature development to it.

Both manga are about a mind reading protagonist who reads the mind of someone who likes them (in Kijima-san, the guy is the mind reader; in Takamori-kun, the girl is the mind reader). Both manga are very wholesome and adorable and have the same vibe. If you liked one of them and want more, then the other is a great place to start.
