From the same creator, Jasmine Gyuh's latest work has the same sense of humor and absurdity as Back Street Girls with fewer gross jokes. The two works are actually a little related. 

If you've ever wondered what would happen if Kenshiro became a doctor, well, here you go. While Kenshiro ni Yoroshiku is a direct reference, Super Doctor K is more of an inspiration. 

If you're a fan of Hokuto no Ken and don't dislike comedy, you should definitely check out ive My Regards to Kenshiro, as it is comedy heavily centered around themes (and characters) from HnK. Not exactly a straight parod of HnK, but certainly tied to it.
