People across social media assumed they were guaranteed to be the next big thing, based on nothing but first impressions and personal headcanon. Of course, that isn't how any of them turned out, and even to this day many of those cult fans can't accept the outcome. Not all that different from what would later happen to 'Star Wars: The Acolyte'. They remain as cautionary tales about what happens when you count your chickens before they hatch. Titles focused on painters, paintings, illustration, illustrators, and various types of drawings from various types of artists. So just so we're on the same page, I only add stuff here I actually read and enjoyed, otherwise the list would be muuuuch longer) Manga that discusses / examines creative endeavors, either literally or metaphorically (heavy focus on the characters' relationship to art rather than the art itself). This list will cover all of the weekly Shonen jump series that have gone undepreciated if and if not deserved, and ultimately were axed from the magazine.
