Okay, so quick little review. I love Nagabe and their art. I was shocked to even find this book out in public in the US. SO I didn't have to go through more 'sea shanty' troubles to read it. I have to say as this is technically my first yaoi/boy's love story that this is great.

The stories were cute, the characters feel real, and I found the premise of a magic-like fantasy world cool. The only story I didn't end up liking was the one with the bat boys. Since at first, I thought it was going to be brother love, and it made me ... a tad bit uncomfortable.

My favorite story was with the crow and peacock. Doug and Huey. By far one of the funniest chapters in the story.

So if you like gays and/or furries this is the manga for you. Any Nagabe manga for that matter.

In general I love that is a quick read, but in a little of time is capable of warm your heart, with eight small stories that have magical features in a magical kingdom, it demostrates the purest facts of love and friendship.

Also I love the details and desing of the art and the develoment of the characters based in the kind if animals they area, in so little of time you have a glipse of their lives and problems but at the same time is enough to fall in love with them.

Yesterday I slept with a smile in my face. It was what i ... need, to feel calm and grateful in my life again.

Really beautiful work, it feels like a detox of all the over dramatic, sad and violent kind of stories that i like to read.
